At the reunion, I felt touched when Eleanor (Gaudreau) talked to me about the positive influence that I had on her in high school. Back then, for example, I hinted at the idea that she might consider plucking her not unsubstantial eyebrows. I was eventually forced to take matters into my own hands, sitting on top of her to hold her down, and going to work on her bushy unibrow with my tweezers. Come to think of it, 'touched' may not have been the exact word that Eleanor used to describe her experience; 'tackled' may have been more like it. Anybody else out there who feels the need to unburden their 'guilt' about something they did in HS? -Sherril L.- Ed note; Sherril, with friends like you, who needs cosmetologists...
